I know that we are all super excited for spring over here. My family and I have been busy planting in the yard, establishing flower beds, and dreaming of fruit trees. My mini office manager has been enjoying all of this sun and outside time, and so have I! I keep getting distracted by all of the fun things we could be doing, and I really need to get myself too work!
I decided to try my first farmers market this year, and joined up with the Rocky Mountain college of Art and Design. I had a blast at the very first FARMCAD, and I'm looking foreward to the last 3! The evens has a great kids area, with a ton of activitys. A diverse collection of venders ranging from local artists to current students and alumni. A variety of food venders and even a coffee truck for that first thing pick me up.
The Summer Smash is a one night networking event, thats open to the public. I'm proud to be a member of the Community Connect Trade Association, and these events are a great time! The nice thing about attending these is that you get to meet a ton of local businesses and their owners, try some great food, and have a cocktail or two while doing it. You can find representatives from the CCTA and My Chamber Colorado wandering around to chat with you about becoming members, you can also shoot me an email if you want a little intro into what the CCTA does.
